Results of the 2025 high season customer satisfaction survey

In October, at the end of the summer peak season, we conducted a customer survey for those customers who had purchased our products during the high season, i.e., from April to September. The survey was carried out in three different groups: domestic, DACH region, and other exports. Responses were possible in Finnish, English, and for the first time also in German, which nicely increased the number of respondents compared to our previous survey. 

The survey invitation was sent by email to representatives of companies that had purchased from us during the 2025 high season. Respondents were asked to evaluate our performance in selected areas on a scale of 0–10, where 0 is the lowest score and 10 the highest. The survey also included an option for open comments.

The NPS figure, or Net Promoter Score, is the most widely used international metric for customer loyalty, measuring customer satisfaction and willingness to recommend with a single question.

The NPS scale ranges from -100 to +100:

  • An NPS between -100 and 0 indicates room for improvement.
  • An NPS between 0 and 30 is good,
  • between 30 and 70 is very good, and
  • between 70 and 100 is excellent.

Our average NPS during the high season was an impressive 78. This figure is calculated as the average of the Finnish, English, and German survey results.

In the open comments, we received a lot of positive feedback and respondents were generally satisfied with our services and products. For example, we were praised for successful collaboration, smooth and friendly service, flexibility and delivery times.

We also received valuable constructive feedback, such as requests to enrich product installation instructions and improve availability during holiday periods. These development areas have been reviewed in a larger group and action plans have been created accordingly.
